The Sabi Sands Resort site is on the slope of the Rotchinha mountain with the blocks set over three levels. To the west is Cabral beach and the Atlantic ocean, to the east the sand dunes and palm trees of Floresta Clotilde. To the north, (behind the mountain of Rotchinha) is the area known as Fatima and to the south the town of Sal Rei on the island of Boa Vista. It's just 7 km (4.37 miles) to the international airport (10 minutes drive). The resort is 700 metres from Cabral beach.
